I first picked up a camera seriously in 2001 when I completed the unit photographers course in the Australia Army. Learning on an old black and white film camera and developing my shots in a dark room gave me a sound base to learn the basics without all the advantages of digital photography. Several years later whilst living and working in Baghdad I studied online with New York Institute of Photography. Predominantly taking war time shots for the next six or so years until I returned home to Australia. From there I turned my eye to landscape photography. I love capturing movement so long exposure photography is my passion. My greatest challenge currently is converting my Camera skills to a drone. I love the perspective from above that we don't normally see in our day to day lives. My next project is to road trip around Australia exploring and capturing as many new places as I can.

Take nothing but pictures, leave nothing but footprints, kill nothing but time.
